If you are finding it hard to get exercise and movement into your day while navigating the time consuming new life of motherhood, these workouts are made for you! Small snack sized portions of exercise starting with the basics, navigating your new amazingly transformed body. Breaking down strength into muscle groups, find and explore mobility in your body and reconnect with your breath. You can do the short workout classes on their own if you are short with time, or bolt a few together to make a longer workout. Workout lengths vary from 3 minutes to 17 minutes (most are 10-12 minutes)
