Programme:
8.45am - Arrival and Introduction
9am - Pilates with Rach - 45 minutes of a sculpting and lengthening
9.45am - Morning tea - pots of bircher muesli, fresh fruit, bliss balls
10.15am - Mental skills with Lex : Integrating lessons and knowledge of 2022
11.15am - Breath work and reset with Rach
11.45am - Round up and farewells
Intention:
The focus of the Pilates session is to incorporate movement and strength to find extra length and space in your body. The direction of the mental skills is how to use your past lessons and continue to grow with softness and compassion for ourselves and the world. The purpose of the breath work is to slow down, focus inwards and unlock hidden breathing patterns.
